About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris the Guest Relation Manager supports reports directly to the Guest Relation Director.

As Guest Relation Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Act as the quintessential ambassador for our esteemed guests, overseeing their journey from initial reservation through post-stay engagement.
• Deliver exquisitely personalized welcomes, tailoring every detail to exceed discerning expectations.
• Foster enduring loyalty by anticipating and fulfilling the unique desires of each guest with finesse.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead the Guest Relation team, cultivating a culture of impeccable service and professionalism.
• Represent the essence of Mandarin Oriental, consistently embodying its values and elegance across all guest interactions.
• Maintain a commanding presence throughout all hotel venues, ensuring attentive and discreet guest engagement.
• Address guest feedback with diplomacy and swift resolution, safeguarding the integrity of their experience.
• Elevate the guest experience at every touchpoint—before arrival, during the stay, and beyond—crafting unforgettable moments of luxury.

As Guest Relation Manager we expect from you:

• Fluency in English and French, a third language would be appreciated

• A significant experience in the parisian luxury hospitality industry—ideally a minimum of 3 years
