Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for an Villa Manager to join our Guest Experience team.

The beachfront resort comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Guest Experience Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Villa Manager focuses in keeping the hotel guest & Suite rooms, corridors, back of the house and all company assets in a perfect state of cleaning and maintenance. He/She supervises Villa Ambassadors on the assigned floor and handles special requests from guests. At the same time the Villa Manager keeps our Suite guest’s perspective in mind to carry out the mission of the Housekeeping department, and to reach the Mandarin Oriental Mission, Values, and Vision. The Villa Manager reports to the Front of House Manager.

As Villa Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

Compliance & Standards: Follows house rules, fire regulations, and department policies while ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of Villas.

Guest Service & Requests: Handles guest requests promptly, ensures special requests are met, and oversees turndown service.

Staff Supervision & Training: Conducts on-the-job and development training for Butlers, evaluates their performance, and ensures proper cleaning procedures.

Maintenance & Inventory Control: Inspects Villas, reports repairs, manages supplies, and prevents wastage.

Quality & Safety Checks: Conducts inspections, schedules deep cleaning, reports unusual events, and ensures guest safety.

Communication & Issue Resolution: Attends briefings, reports complaints or emergencies, and ensures seamless shift handovers.

As Villa Manager, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Guest Relations and/or as a Butler in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant.
  • Fluency in English verbal &  written.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Night shifts included.
