We are bringing a new dining concept to Amsterdam — one that celebrates vegetables as boldly as proteins, pairs vibrant colours with layered flavours, and draws deep inspiration from the markets and kitchens of the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
Our menus will be fresh, seasonal, and imaginative — designed to delight the senses and challenge expectations. The atmosphere will be buzzing, the kitchen high-energy, and the service engaging yet refined.
As Head Chef, you will be the creative and operational heart of the restaurant. This is an opportunity to shape every detail of the menu, lead an ambitious and talented team, and build a destination that becomes one of the city’s most talked-about dining experiences.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead the kitchen with passion, creativity, and precision.
Recruit, train, motivation and performance manage all kitchen roles.
Participate in the setup of a new restaurant concept, inclusive a major kitchen upgrade.
Have experience in rebranding or preopening of a 100 seats restaurant.
Have a HACCP Certification.
Design seasonal menus with a bold, produce-driven approach and surprising flavour combinations.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in quality, presentation, and consistency.
Mentor and develop your brigade, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Work closely with front-of-house and management to deliver an unforgettable guest journey.
As Head Chef, we expect from you:
Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant.
