As a Hotel Culinary Graduate, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Hotel Culinary Graduate candidate, you will have experience within a high volume and fine dining kitchen and are passionate & ambitious about growing within an innovative culinary environment. You will have completed or are in your final year completing a degree in Culinary Arts Management.
