HOUSEMAN
Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Houseman is in charge of keeping rooms and open spaces clean and tidy and supports colleagues and guests or whoever asks for help in moving items from one room to another or within different parts of the resort.
Duties and responsibilities:
Deliver guest requested items following the standard in timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness of glass doors, mirrors, lifts and guest corridors
Clean the windows and balcony or terraces, when needed
Remove the linens from the bed in each departure room
Drive the golf cart to easily carry all the necessary items in each Villa of the Resort
Check the relevant equipment on a weekly basis
Ensure that linen and all items are stocked properly inside the housekeeping pantries and storages
Check and stock the mini bar in each arrival room, ensuring that it is refilled daily and requesting stock items, if needed
Provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve guests’ satisfaction
Fully compile the Checklist
Comply with all MOHG Pillars, Department LQE’s and Guiding Principles
Adhere to Do Not Disturb policy

Mandatory:
Good knowledge of Italian and English
Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Ability to push and pull the housekeeping cart
Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays
Desirable:
Driving license
