As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create authentic dishes and suggest corresponding cuisine in promotional events.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to all related colleagues at any time.
• Oversee and take responsibility of corresponding section for food safety related administration.
• Ensure that all plating guides are followed according to set dish description, cooking method and presentation image.
• Responsible for the ordering and requesting of corresponding ingredients on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all corresponding cuisine displays are food safe, creative, clean and with attention to detail as per set standards by the Chef de Cuisine.  
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance to the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), the MOHG Pillars and the respective service standards of MOQA.

As a Junior Sous Chef, we expect from you: 

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-volume dining operation.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role such as Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, or equivalent. 
• Proficient in Mandarin and English language. 
• Previous experience in a Forbes Five-Star or luxury hotel environment.
