About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within the People & Culture Department in Beijing, the Learning & Development Trainee is responsible to assist Assistant Learning & Development Manager to ensure Learning & Development daily affairs’ implementation. The Learning & Development Trainee reports to Assistant Learning & Development Manager.

工作地点为北京王府井文华东方酒店/人才及文化部 ，学习与发展实习生负责协助学习与发展副经理确保培训部日常事务的有序进行。学习与发展实习生向学习与发展副经理汇报。

As Learning & Development Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties:

As Learning & Development Trainee, we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas education background preferred
• 本科及以上学历，具有海外教育背景优先
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as proficient computer skills

• Specialized in photography and skilled in video editing
• 具有摄影特长和视频剪辑能力
