Mandarin Oriental is looking for a Corporate Office Administrator to join our New York Sales Office team.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York Corporate Sales Office, the Corporate Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day corporate office operations and providing administrative support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. The role ensures the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of the office while upholding Mandarin Oriental’s values.

The Corporate Office Administrator reports to the Vice President, Global Sales, The Americas.

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Front Desk Management and Customer Service
  • Greeting colleagues and visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure all meeting spaces are maintained and in good condition
  • Supporting senior leaders with expense report management
  • Supporting Sales team with event coordination
  • Partner with People & Culture to support office events and celebrations
  • Liasing with building management and facility management vendors for maintenance requests
  • Responsible for regular ordering of office supplies and pantry items
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically as assigned by supervisor or office leadership to meet operational requirements

Pay & Benefits

  • $28 to $33 per hour, commensurate upon experience
