About the job
Based at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Platinum Connect Centre in Hong Kong, the Reservations Agents – Rooms / Food & Beverage is responsible to ensure smooth operation of the Platinum Connect Centre in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. The Reservations Agents – Rooms / Food & Beverage reports to the Platinum Connect Centre Manager.
As Reservations Agent – Rooms / Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Handle all guest enquiries including Rooms or F&B reservations in an engaging and professional manner
Leverage reservation system and reply emails according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
Liaise with Rooms or F&B teams to maximum capacity in smooth service flow to achieve financial targets
Maintain and update daily records and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence
Update guest profile and database
Perform other administrative tasks
Other reasonable tasks assigned by Department Heads from time to time.
As Reservations Agent - Food & Beverage, we expect from you:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Experience of Rooms reservations or F&B operations in international luxury hotels is preferred
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-minded and good excellent telephone manner
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
