As Regional Revenue Manager, MENAT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional VP Commercial & Brand in driving revenue strategy and performance across Mandarin Oriental hotels in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. This includes providing strategic guidance, delivering data-driven insights, and ensuring effective yield management practices across all revenue streams including rooms, F&B, meeting space and spa.
You will work closely with hotel leadership teams, commercial stakeholders, and regional and corporate partners to ensure alignment with revenue targets, budgets, and balanced scorecard objectives, while acting as a key regional point of contact for revenue strategy, analysis, and performance optimisation across the portfolio.
Act as the primary regional contact for revenue strategy, providing guidance and support to hotel commercial teams and General Managers.
Support the Regional VP Commercial & Brand in monitoring KPIs, budgets, and performance targets across the portfolio.
Nurture and support high-performing on-property revenue teams, ensuring strong yield management practices and optimisation across all revenue streams.
Lead preparation for property reviews, business review meetings, budget reviews, deep dives, and hotel visits.
Provide interim revenue management support for defined hotels in the absence of regional or on-property leadership when required.
Support pre-opening activities, ensuring best practices are implemented, room types and rate plans are configured in line with MOHG standards, and systems are properly set up across CRS, PMS, and distribution platforms.
Assist with coordination of system builds and onboarding for new hotels and transitions.
Act as task force support during revenue leadership vacancies or extended absences.
Deliver training and onboarding support for on-property revenue management colleagues.
Provide analytical support and insights to hotel commercial teams, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
Prepare and analyse reports using revenue management systems including Datavision, PowerBI, IDeaS, SynXis, and TravelCLICK.
Consolidate regular and ad-hoc reporting including pace analysis, channel cost reviews, segmentation mix, and performance tracking.
Conduct rate shopping, digital audits, and distribution analysis across channels to identify optimisation opportunities.
Support renovation and repositioning projects through ROI analysis, displacement modelling, and long-term uplift projections.
Assist in analysing market share trends and competitive positioning.
Prepare revenue updates, presentations, and performance summaries as required.
Conduct revenue management audits and follow up on findings to ensure compliance with standards and optimisation of revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain a library of revenue management tools, best practices, and resources for field teams.
Support on-property teams in resolving system or process challenges.
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as required.
Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality, ideally across multi-property or regional environments.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management systems and distribution platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and corporate teams.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting hotel openings, transitions, or repositioning projects preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English fluency required; additional regional language skills are advantageous.
