As a Reservations Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handling a range of individual booking enquiries by phone and email, representing the hotel and Mandarin Oriental brand to our guests;

These key responsibilities will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from their very first interaction.

As Reservations Supervisor, we expect from you: an enthusiastic, self-disciplined and structured approach to work. You are always aiming to deliver the best possible service to our guests, whether it is by phone or email. Furthermore:

  • A proactive attitude, elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of personalised service;
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably within high-end services or luxury 5-star hotel);
  • Proven selling skills and attention to detail, problem solving and product knowledge;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (Dutch is a plus);
  • Flexibility to work shifts during the week between 8am - 8pm.

Our commitment to you:

  • A salary in scale VI of the Horeca CAO;

  • Fantastic learning and development opportunities for all levels of staff, with targeted development programs to get you ready for the next step in your career;
  • Discounted stays at our beautiful properties across the Group;
  • Multiple additional benefits, such as supplemented staff meals, uniform/laundry service, ticket raffles and a 50% contribution to your pension fund;
