Risk Management and Security Manager

As Risk Management and Security Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Assist in carrying out operational and administrative duties and overall responsible for subordinate’s performance
  • Ensure conformity of work standards and consistency in carrying out departmental operations and other security and safety related.
  • Training – LQE, OJT & Refresher Courses
  • Updating and proper filing of subordinates’ records on attendance leaves and overtime
  • Enforce work standards and follow-up on subordinate’s work performance
  • Update operational information and procedures
  • Coaching, counselling, discipline subordinates as appropriate
  • Putting and follow-up on subordinate appraisal
  • Ensure Casual labour, CCTV surveillance, Alarm, and Patrol systems are in good working order.  These include computers, printers, fax machines, radio communication sets and VingCard hardware and operating systems
  • Conduct and put up investigation report
  • Conduct monthly departmental meeting and actively participate in departmental and management programs
  • Safeguard company keys and passwords
  • Report any discrepancies, deviation of procedure or standard practice and carry out the necessary follow-ups
  • Update on security intelligence (suspicious movements and trends of individual or activities)
  • Conduct daily security briefing and intelligence gathering for subordinates
  • Organize and coordinate Security & Safety Awareness and Training Programs in the hotel
  • Office equipment and stationary audit
  • Any other duties related duties as and when required by Management

As Risk Management and Security Manager, we expect from you: 

  • Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hotel/Risk and Security Management is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment or related field
