Room Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
Clean daily occupied and checkout rooms according to MOHG standards (AM and PM Shifts)
Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per hotel procedures.
Report maintenance issues using hotel systems.
Keep the housekeeping pantry tidy and stocked.
Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
Expected Profile:
Attention to detail and quality-oriented.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemical usage.
