About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, within the Housekeeping Department, the Seasonal Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The Seasonal Room Attendant reports to the Executive Housekeeping.

As Seasonal Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties: (

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all rooms are maintained in a clean, tidy and welcoming condition.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens and minibar items as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor.
• Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys, pantries and storage areas.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the Housekeeping team during high-occupancy and peak periods.

We are looking for a committed and professional person with a strong work ethic and a passion for service excellence.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a luxury hotel is an advantage
• Basic English language skills are required
• Availability for seasonal contract, including weekends and holidays
