About the job

关于保安员工作

Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety environment inside and around the hotel on a daily basis, handling emergency situations, ensuring smooth operations, providing all guests with the most pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience, and protecting the property safety of the hotel, guests, and colleagues. Performance duties will be carried out in accordance with procedures and the requirements of the Director of Security, Security Manager and Security Supervisors.

保安员负责日常维护酒店内部和周围的安全环境，处理紧急情况，确保运营顺利进行，为所有客人提供尽可能愉快舒适的住宿体验和保护酒店、客人和同事的财产安全。履行职责将按照程序以及总监、经理和主管的要求进行。

As Security Guard, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为保安员，您需要承担以下职责：

• Attends briefings/meetings and updates supervise Security activities.

出席早会/会议和监督管理安全行为。

• Know well the hotel major area of security and fire-prevention. Regular check, master emergency handling procedure.

熟悉酒店主要部位的安全与防火注意事项，经常巡查，会处理紧急事件。

• Seek opportunities to continually improve guest “WOW” service.

不断地改进对顾客的“WOW”服务。

• Keep watch on all security and fire-hidden peril. Finding, handling, reporting in a timely manner.

对存在火灾隐患的部位进行巡查，发现问题然后及时上报。

• Control, check and inquire the entry and exit articles.

控制、检查、询问酒店进出口。

• Pay attention to the traffic lane during the rush period.

在人流高峰期注意交通安全。

• Acknowledge daily hotel transportation roster and prepare the parking place; when the car coming, escort the car to the parking place to ensure the security.

熟知酒店的交通时间表，准备停车位，当车辆到达时，指引车辆到达指定的停车位。

• Pay attention to hotel area to go around and inspect, find problems then report immediately.

留意酒店区域进行巡查，发现问题然后及时上报。

• Cooperate with relative departments during conference or events, pay attention control the entre and whole conference or events area security.

与相关部门合作，在有重大会议或重大事件发生时保护安全。

• When someone go into hotel, talk politely with the person and ask for the information according to standard procedure, and send out permit

当有外人进入酒店时，要与人礼貌地交谈，根据酒店准则询问访客信息，登记后发放出入证

• Check the person you feel suspicious according to the standard process.

发现可疑的人和事，礼貌上前进行盘查、监控。

• Goes to work or off work should scan card.

监督员工上下班打卡。

• Check grooming everyday according to the standard.

每天检查仪容仪表。

• Check staff’s handbag and control hotel items

每天检查员工携带的包裹，控制酒店物品非法出入。

• Be familiar with GRAB and BCM and is guided in daily work by these.

熟悉GRAB. BCM,并按照要求执行。

• Attend departmental and hotel training.

参加部门与酒店的培训。

• Pay attention to the confidentiality through the work.

对工作保密。

• Reflect reasonable suggestion or idea through the work, report tally with the facts.

对工作提出合理建议，上报要符合事实。

• Communicate to all associates on a day to day, hour to hour basis to ensure consistent good service to guests.
