Play a key role in the Finance team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the Prague’s best hotels.

We need an Senior Accounts Payable to keep our hotel in order and our systems running smoothly.  

It is the perfect place to broaden your understanding of what it means to be an Accounts Payable, because we have so many businesses within our business – restaurant, rooms, spa, and bar. And everyone is given opportunities to progress.

You will be working within the Finance team, and you will deliver the highest level of service. As an Accounts Payable, you will:

• Match invoices with purchase order, delivery note, assign GL code and post in the Accounting system
• Process expense reports for business trips
• Process payment runs, post accruals and assist with other month end duties
• Check and balance the daily cashier report and cash drops from cashiers
• Record and pay-out petty cash receipts
• Deposit cash received to the bank.

You must be responsible and detail oriented, have at least 1 year experience in similar position, be fluent in Czech and English on advanced level and an experience from hotel environment is an advantage.
