As an Senior Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• The Senior Front Desk Officer will report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor/ Duty Manager.
• To assist Front Office Department to communicate with other department as required.
• To be a key person of the Front Office day to day smooth operation by spontaneously looking for the needs of the team.   
• To coordinate with other departments to obtain guest preference and input into the guest history.
• Gather feedback from Front Office department on the improvement of the operation and report to the Front Office management team.
• To support Front office for the preparation of regular departmental training.
• Awareness and sensitivity to the concept of luxury and quality.
• Responsive and genuine with guests.
• Incorporates customer information as part of strategy.
• Understands the value of employees, customers and profit link.
• Sustains performance.
• Can use planning tools in relation to customer needs.
• Confident with customers.
• Highly visible and will build relationships with regular and long staying guests.
• Will create a high level of personalization, details and guest recognition.

As Senior Front Desk Officer, we expect from you: 

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment or related experience
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Japanese is preferred
