The Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Technology Applications who will manage the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of the Group’s key finance systems, ensuring seamless selection, deployment, integration, enhancement, and optimization across MOHG’s global operations. This role acts as a primary liaison among vendors, Business Solution Leads (BSLs), who are application managers embedded within business functions, and other IT colleagues. The role facilitates translation of business strategy into robust technology solutions that deliver measurable financial impact.

This role also supports the IT applications operating model, strengthening training, documentation, and the MO applications community, while enforcing technical standards and best practices across properties.

Key systems supported include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Management & Reporting

• Payment Integrations – Accounting, Reconciliation, and Vendor Payments

• Budgeting & Forecasting Tools – Financial Planning & Analysis

• Treasury and Cash Management Systems

• Labour Optimisation

• Procurement

• Interfaces with PMS, POS, and HRIS systems
