About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing, Beijing / within the Sales Department, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for Embassy and Travel Agency sales job. The Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:
Job Responsibilities
· To work closely with key contacts and look for new business in order to meet financial targets set in the annual sales plan.
· To organize and delivers familiarization site inspection trips of the hotel by major clients.
· Be responsible for room nights and revenue production from allocated accounts.
· Monitor competitors' performance where it relates to their market segment.
As Senior Sales Manager, we expect from you:
· Good communication and sales skills
· Experience in luxury hotel is preferable
· Embassy related guest resource is preferable
· Fluent Mandarin and English both in spoken and written
