As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist in the establishment and enforcement of meeting and conference sales proposals and communication standards.
Establish a rolling strategic sales action plan for the approval of the Director of Events prior to its implementation.
Assist in the establishment and enforcement of meeting and conference sales proposals and communication standards
Conduct regular sales activities to professional conference organizers, corporate meeting planners and relevant associations.
Coordinate closely with and provide detailed information to your coordinator to enable the operations to “look after” the client effectively while the event is in-house.
Develop strong repeat business and constantly source for new business. Daily Tele-marketing to search potential business Attend Weekly Group Review Meeting.
Update Delphi Sales & Catering account and contact profiles. Attend and participate in sales and business development meetings.
Implement and constantly review conference and meeting rates.
Provide feedback on relevant trends, competitor pricing, creative concepts and any other information that will contribute toward the achievement of departmental financial and hotel goals.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head.
Follow up in-house groups Prepares all End of Month Reconciliations and Journal Entries to assist in Closing Process
