We are looking for a Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
As a Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests seeking Spa & Wellness services. You will ensure a warm and personalized welcome, provide expert guidance on treatments and facilities, and handle all reservations efficiently. Delivering memorable experiences with Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service is at the heart of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the Spa with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
Provide detailed information on Spa treatments, wellness programs, facilities, and promotions.
Manage reservations, scheduling, and guest preferences in the Spa booking system.
Escort guests throughout their journey ensuring comfort, privacy, and seamless transitions.
Handle guest feedback, resolve minor issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain a clean, calm, and luxurious reception environment at all times.
Collaborate closely with Therapists, Attendants, and Fitness team to ensure smooth operations.
Promote retail products to enhance the guest wellness experience.
Ensure accurate billing and smooth payment procedures.
Uphold Mandarin Oriental standards, grooming guidelines, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, Spa, Wellness, or Guest Relations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French and English.
Strong attention to detail and passion for luxury customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and serene guest environment simultaneously.
Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and a genuine passion for wellness and wellbeing.
