SPA Concierge - Season 2025

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Interact courteously with guests, answering all the SPA and hotel related questions  

  • Ensure a warm welcome to all guests at all times 

  • Greet all guests upon their arrival, giving new guests a tour of the SPA area and offering old guests "re-orientations" 

  • Organize the appointments’ schedule to maximize the use of time and profitability whilst giving first importance to the guests’ needs  

  • Handle incoming and outgoing guests and SPA colleagues’ business-related e-mails 

  • Communicate all messages promptly, keeping management informed as to any complaints 

  • Have an accurate knowledge of the SPA’s software, treatments offered and all retail products 

  • Assist all SPA and hotel’s colleagues where necessary, performing opening and closing duties 

  • Keep the working area clean and neat at all times 

  • Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the SPA at all times 

  • Maintain the inventory of supplies for the SPA reception’s operations  

  • Attend all the necessary training courses, complying to all Health and Safety and Hygiene standards 

 

 Requirements:

  • At least a 2-years experience as a SPA Concierge in a luxury hotel environment 

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English 

  • Excellent telephone and organizational skills 

  • Good computer skills 

  • Professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality and appearance 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure 

  • Willing to be proactive and take initiative and ownership while interacting with guests and colleagues 

  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays
