Mandarin Oriental, Sanya is the first venture of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in China, extending the Group’ luxury and lifestyle retreat concept designed for seasoned international travellers in search of tranquillity and the utmost in relaxation and luxury.

The resort enjoys the tranquillity of a 1.2 km nationally protected coral bay and is spread out over 12 hectares of lush tropical bloom overlooking the warm, soothing waters of the South China Sea.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Sanya within the Spa Department in Sanya, the spa therapist is responsible for providing treatment service that is line with guests’ expectations and Mandarin Oriental LQE。

水疗理疗师职责是负责为水疗客人提供符合客人期望和文华东方集团传奇优质体验的理疗服务，并确保满足客人服务的及时性及准确性。

As spa therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

作为水疗理疗师，您需要承担以下职责：

• To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times.

提供疗程的同时要确保客人在整个疗程过程中感到身心愉悦。

• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment

准时开始疗程并且在疗程结束之后彻底的回顾一遍。

• Must keep work area clean and neat at all times.

保持工作区域的干净整洁

• Must follow all Standards and Procedures (SOPs) as taught by legendary trainers or Spa Treatment Manager.

必须遵循培训师或理疗培训经理所告知的所有标准和程序。

• Must perform all treatments according to Treatment Training Manual.

必须依照理疗培训手册完成所有的疗程。

• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.

确保以一个高标准的服务贯穿整个理疗过程。

• Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:

• Report dysfunctional equipment to engineering department and do close follow up.

• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.

保证为理疗房的运作存储充足的产品。

• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift.

无论什么班次都能够清洁好并注意到理疗房的每一个细节。

• To attend daily briefing, weekly and monthly spa meetings.

参加每日例会，每周、每月水疗中心的会议

• Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events.

能够帮助完成不同的事件。

• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Director of Spa & Recreation.

根据水疗康乐总监的要求维持一个高标准的仪容仪表和个人卫生。

• Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Director of Spa & Recreation.

参加所有必要的培训，并且坚持水疗康乐总监所设置的培训标准。

• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.

• Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary. E.G. Relaxation area, Spa Reception.

• To recognize the importance of “sales” in every aspect of their role and responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Director of Spa & Recreation.

• To be adaptable and accountable for all actions

• Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your workday.

提前十五分钟到达酒店以确保你有充足的时间为你的工作做准备。

• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Director of Spa & Recreation.

根据职位要求将成为一个专业的，拥有友好地职业态度的理疗师，并履行所有义务和责任，或由水疗康乐总监指派的任务。

As spa therapist, we expect from you: 

作为理疗师，我们需要您具备：

Candidates with a beautician certification, five star luxury hotel spa therapist experience, luxury day spa experience, will be given priority.

持有美容师证书者、有同等五星级酒店相关岗位工作经验、高端美容院工作经验者优先考虑  

Strong verbal communication skills, good at interpersonal interaction, with a strong service mindset and meticulous attention to detail. 良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通，服务意识强，工作信心细致。 

Professional appearance, proficient in therapeutic techniques and cosmetic products. 仪表大方，熟悉理疗手法及美容产品。

Cheerful, optimistic, proactive, and a strong team work mindset. 性格开朗乐观，积极向上，团队协作能力强。
