Als Talent Acquisition Coordinator werden Sie für die folgenden Aufgaben verantwortlich sein:   

• Koordinierung des Einstellungsverfahrens für einen schnellen und effizienten Einstellungsprozess
• Korrespondenz mit Bewerbern und Vereinbarung von Terminen für Vorstellungsgespräche
• Verfassen von Stellenanzeigen und deren Veröffentlichung auf den Portalen
• Entwicklung und Sicherstellung einer hervorragenden Rekrutierungserfahrung für Bewerber und Personalverantwortliche
• Durchführung von Vorab-Screenings und Vorstellungsgesprächen über MS Teams oder vor Ort
• Aktives Sourcing
• Umsetzung erfolgreicher Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen (z.B. Social-Media-Talent-Attraction-Kampagnen, Recruiting-Events, Tage der offenen Tür)
• Pflege des Bewerbermanagementsystems

Als Talent Acquisition Coordinator erwarten wir von Ihnen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Personalverwaltung oder des Hotelmanagements
• Erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position in der Luxushotellerie von Vorteil
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Diskretion, Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit
• Effizientes Zeitmanagement, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und professionelles Auftreten
• Ausgezeichnete organisatorische, administrative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinating the recruitment and interview process for a fast and efficient hiring process
• Corresponding with candidates and arranging appointments for interviews
• Writing job advertisements and posting them on the relevant portals
• Developing and ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Conducting pre-screenings and conducting interviews via MS Teams or on-site
• Active sourcing
• Implementing successful employer branding measures (e.g. social media talent attraction campaigns, recruiting events, open days)
• Maintaining the applicant management system

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, we expect from you: 

• Completed vocational training in the area of administration or hotel management
• First experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Discreet, loyal and reliable
• Efficient time management, communication and professional presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Very good level of German and English
• Further foreign language skills are an advantage
