Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within the Technical Services Team in LONDON, the Team Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and project support to senior leaders, while driving process efficiency and innovation through technology and AI tools. The Executive Assistant reports to the Regional director of Technical services, EMEA.
Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
Attending meetings to take notes, assist with prioritization, and follow up on action items.
Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents; creating summaries and tracking progress across multiple projects.
Maintaining bi-weekly team updates and ensuring timely follow-through on critical issues.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely progress on strategic initiatives.
Championing innovation by exploring and introducing AI tools to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance team productivity.
As Executive Assistant, we expect from you:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
