About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Rooms Division in Shenzhen, The Mandarin Club Agent is responsible for meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk services and courteous Club Lounge service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The Mandarin Club Agent to The Mandarin Club Supervisor .

As The Mandarin Club Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure that Legendary Quality Experiences, policies and procedures are properly understood and followed through
• Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experience
• Establish a good working knowledge of the Accounting Department so as to facilitate guests and Management requests for historical data
• Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating with and assisting colleagues as needed

As The Mandarin Club Agent, we expect from you: 

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
