About the job

Based within the Transformation Department in Hong Kong, the Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting and delivering a portfolio of strategic operational transformation initiatives across our corporate functions and hotels. • Develop and deliver change, engagement and communication strategies, including colleague communications, training plans, leadership briefings, workshops and town halls.
  • Support leaders in building organisational readiness, embedding change and encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Lead selected strategic projects from initiation through deployment, adoption and value realisation.
  • Define project scope, requirements, benefits, business cases and delivery approaches, while managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines.
  • Lead pilots and testing activities, coordinate global deployments across corporate and hotel teams, and capture lessons learned.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and colleagues across multiple functions and locations.
  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders with different priorities, providing constructive challenge and maintaining a pragmatic focus on progress.
  • Share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned across the Group, representing the Transformation function in meetings, workshops and leadership forums as required.

As Transformation Manager, we expect from you:

  • At least six years of experience delivering transformation programmes, strategic initiatives or large-scale business change.
  • Demonstrated programme and project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Practical experience in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement and driving adoption.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and align colleagues across different levels and functions.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by close attention to detail.
  • Clear written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • An adaptable, collaborative and resilient approach, with the confidence to listen actively and challenge constructively.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • High cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with global teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
