Position Title: Transformation Project Manager

Position Objective
The Transformation Project Manager will be dedicated to leading the Labour Optimisation programme across Mandarin Oriental Hotels, implementing technology and best practices to streamline operation workforce management. The objective of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of project(s).
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to manage strategy project(s) and ensure successful delivery, key responsibility are:
· 20% Manage project governance, including weekly project meetings and monthly/ quarterly updates to SteerCo
· 20% Openly communicate, coordinate, and liaise with all workstream leads to ensure cooperation and early identification of risks
· 20% Manage and communicate with senior stakeholders across the business including Corporate, Hotels, and other key functional users
· 20% Manage change, incl. define and advise on best practice change management strategy and approach, encourage functional teams to embrace change and assist in making change positive
· 10% Develop and maintain project management deliverables such as the project plan, toll gate checklist, RAID log and budget
· 5% Support project team, corporate and hotel users with training, standardisation in functionality use, day-to-day queries, requests, or support issues
· 5% Work collaboratively with other teams within Mandarin Oriental to capture and share best practices across the group

· Budgetary or financial control of the position – Not applicable
· Other quantitative / qualitative measures – feedback from project stakeholders, and performance measures defined in the goal plan with the direct report of this role
Communication Requirements
Internal / External
Internal and external communications are required for this role, these are the communications requirements:
· Excellent track record in change management and communications
· Experience with coordinating and facilitating workshops
· Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with stakeholders across regions, levels and departments
· Excellent written and communication skills
Minimum Job Requirements
· 6+ years work experience in delivery of digital transformation projects across Finance, Operation , IT, or Customer
· 6+ years project management experience, including issue resolution
· Experience in managing a large-scale project ideally with regional exposure
· Excellent track record in change management and communications
· Project management training/certification, e.g. Agile, Prince2
· Prior experience of system and/ or operating model implementation
· Experience of working with a deployment partner and managing scope changes
· Experience with coordinating and facilitating workshops
· Hospitality experience preferred but not required
· Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with stakeholders across regions, levels and departments
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Self-starter, organised and goal-orientated
· Adaptable to change in plans and able to flex style dependent on stakeholder
· Seeks continuous improvement opportunities
· Actively listens and builds on others’ ideas
· Culturally sensitive
· High awareness of ultimate customer service
· Hands-on, whilst being able to see the bigger picture
· Proficient in English
