Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Villa Manager to join our Guest Experience team, for season 2025.

The beachfront resort comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the role of Villa Manager requires a dedicated hospitality expert with a passion for service excellence, energy and high commitment along with strong leadership skills, and an understanding of the unique needs of high-profile guests. He/she leads a team of Villa Ambassadors ensuring exceptional service every day and handling special requests from guests. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, he/she works closely with other hotel departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, continuously elevating service standards through innovation and attention to details.

As Villa Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Compliance & Standards: Follow Mandarin Oriental Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards and Forbes quality standards.

  • Guest Service & Requests: Oversee the personalized service for ultra-high-net-worth guests, catering to their preferences and unique requirements.

  • Staff Supervision & Training: Conduct on-the-job and development training for Villa Ambassadors, evaluates their performance, and ensures efficient and high-quality service processes.

  • Maintenance & Inventory Control: Inspect Villas, reports repairs to engineering department, manages premium amenities, gifts, and guest preferences.

  • Quality & Safety Checks: Ensure Villas are impeccably maintained to meet the highest luxury standards

  • Communication & Issue Resolution: Attend briefings, report complaints or emergencies, and ensure seamless shift handovers.

As Villa Manager, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Guest Relations and/or as a Butler in a luxury hospitality environment.

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant will be considered a plus. 

  • Fluency in English.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office.

  • Night shifts included.
