About the Role

As Waiter/Waitress at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Food & Beverage department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience at Jardín del Ritz, ensuring impeccable service standards, attention to detail, and personalized guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.
• Engage with guests, offering menu and beverage recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are set and maintained to the highest standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests and VIP requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with Safe & Sound standards.
• Create memorable moments through personalized and thoughtful service.
• Bid guests farewell in a friendly and professional manner.

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in guest-focused hospitality, preferably in restaurants or luxury environments.
• Strong service mindset and passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Good command of Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts according to operational needs.
