As Waiter/Waitress,you will be responsible for the following duties:
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
To ensure that mis en place’ levels are kept to standards.
To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
To assist the Waiter/ Waitress in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy
Pick up the food according to order.
To serve food and beverage according to hotel standards and guest needs.
To clear and reset tables.
To wish “Farewell” to all guests.
As Restaurant General Manager, we expect from you:
Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
Strong background in Michelin stars/Fine dining/5 stars luxury properties.
Willing to work split shift.
Willing to work the required number of hours, depending on business demand.
