Accounts Payable Supervisor

As a Accounting Payable Supervisor in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the Accounts Payable process
• Prepare Accounts Payable aging report and schedules
• Responsible for account payable journal entries and month-end closing journals
• Record and proceed payment of goods and services incurred by the hotel, according to appropriate credit terms and available discounts
• Any ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance with associate membership of ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum of four years' experience with two years in supervisory level in accounts payable in hospitality industry preferred
• Familiar with computerized accounting system
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Self-initiative, attentive to details and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an advantage
