SALES MANAGER, THE AUBREY
We are looking for a Sales & Events Manager to join our iconic team at The Aubrey.
Located in Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, The Aubrey is a home-away-from-home for local London and global guests alike that offers an eccentric Japanese izakaya experience. A labyrinth of individual areas, hidden corners and its own private dining room all decorated in warm velvets and marble, with walls layered with Japonisme movement art, The Aubrey is also home to various intimate spaces waiting to be discovered. The Aubrey offers a journey of a hungry mind that takes guests on an adventure.
The restaurant has been created as a partnership between Maximal Concepts and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Maximal Concepts is a Hong Kong-based company that has since expanded to locations including Singapore, Las Vegas and Vancouver.
As Sales & Events Manager you will report into the Restaurant General Manager and your strategic intent will be drive the business growth by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee the growth projects.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a pro-active sales position within a high volume, luxury restaurant and/or events environment. You will be a natural networker, an independent self-starter and target driven.
