Assistant Director of Engineering

Responsibilities 

• To ensure through continuous physical checking of all areas within the Hotel and all aspects of the Engineering services, implementation of standard procedures to achieve the highest standard of maintenance.
• With the assistance of the Director of Engineering and relevant H.O.D. carry out weekly tours of hotel kitchens, restaurants, bars and function rooms to ensure the highest standard of health and safety and maintenance is constantly achieved.
• Constantly strive to reduce utility costs for the Hotel without reducing quality of service or impacting on our guest's satisfaction in any way.
• To assist the Director of Engineering in Company's appraisal system for monitoring staff performance and development by providing direction and feedback to staff in adhering to service procedure.
