Wir suchen einen/eine Assistant Director of Finance für das Mandarin Oriental Palace in Luzern!
Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.
Als Assistant Director of Finance werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:
- Vorbereitung von Bilanzbuchungen und Bilanzabgleichungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses
- Sicherstellung, dass die lokalen Gesetze und Abläufe beachtet werden
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und das umfassende Verständnis aller MOHG- und Hotelrichtlinien sowie -verfahren
- Unterstützung des Direktors für Finanzen bei Prognosen und Budgetierung
- Übernahme von Controller-Aufgaben während der Abwesenheit des Director of Finance
- Unterstützung der Abteilungsleiter beim Entscheiden von relevanten und präzisen Finanzangelegenheiten

We are looking for a Assistant Director of Finance to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne!
The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. As Assistant Director of Finance you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations during month-end closing
- Ensuring that local legislation and procedures are followed
- Responsible for following and understanding all MOHG and Hotel Policies & Procedures
- Assisting the Director of Finance with forecasting and budgeting
- Performing any controller tasks during the absence of Director of Finance
- Supporting department heads with making relevant and accurate decisions on financial matters
As Assistant Director of Finance, we are looking for:

- An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors
