Scope of Position
Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue for both guest rooms, catering and function space in the conference and meeting market segment as laid down in the marketing plan. Ensure one-stop servicing for all client and act as a liaison between customers and operational departments.
Requirements
Educational level:
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
Work experience:
• Minimum 5 years in the hotel industry, luxury hotel experience is preferred
Job knowledge:
• Knowledge of Catering and MICE Segment
• Strong relationships with Production Houses, Event Planners, PR Firms
• A computer literate
• Fluent in English and local language
Personal qualities:
• Mature
• Initiative
• Presentable
• Outgoing
• Flexible
• Strong Leadership Skills
