The main focus of your job will be:
Comprehensive recruitment process from posting advertisements, organizing interviews to actively participating in selection procedures.
Employment law agenda - preparation and management of employment contracts, amendments and other documents in accordance with Czech legislation
Communication and active cooperation with all employees and managers across the company
Cooperation with external payroll accountant, preparation of payroll documents
Collaboration on projects within the P&C department
Benefits administration and employee care
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
High school/university education
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hotel environment
Interest and enthusiasm for HR
Very good command of English both written and verbal, use on a daily basis
Very good PC skills (MS Office)
Diligence, reliability and good organisational skills
Communicative and positive personality, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a multicultural environment
Good knowledge of HR and the Labour Code
Experience in the employment of foreigners in accordance with Czech legislation related to the recruitment of workers from EU and non-EU countries.
