Responsibilities
Work with the rest of the teams to ensure an ideal guest experience.
Engage with guests and be able to delight them and create memorable experiences.
Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish inventory.
Responsible to follow all cleanliness standards, as well as to comply with Safe & Sound guidelines.
Assist the team in collaborating on the guest experiences.
Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and seat availability.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest focused hospitality.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of HMS.
Extensive understanding of guest needs.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Good command in Spanish & English, knowledge in other languages is required.
About the job
