Das Mandarin Oriental, Wien wird in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude untergebracht und über 138 Gästezimmer und Suiten verfügen, die sich um einen Innenhof im Zentrum des Anwesens gruppieren. Es wird ein Restaurant, eine Bar und einen Außenbereich mit Garten umfassen. Darüber hinaus wird das Anwesen ein Spa im Mandarin Oriental bieten, das mehrere Behandlungsräume, einen Swimmingpool und ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter umfasst. Für Veranstaltungen und gesellschaftliche Anlässe stehen zudem verschiedene flexibel gestaltbare Bankett- und Tagungsräume zur Verfügung.

Die 22 Residenzen im Mandarin Oriental werden sich in den beiden obersten Stockwerken des Gebäudes befinden und über einen privaten Zugang zum Dach verfügen. Mehrere der Apartments bieten Außen-Terrassen und atemberaubende Ausblicke über die Stadt. Diese gehören zu den exklusivsten Wohnungen der Stadt, wobei die Eigentümer den legendären Service des Mandarin Oriental und den direkten Zugang zu den Hoteleinrichtungen genießen werden.

Als Junior Breakfast Sous Chef sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Kommunikation der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren an das Team im Bereich Frühstück
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und des MOHG Code of Conduct
• Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs in der Frühstücksküche und der Frühstücksservice-Stationen
• Unterstützung des Executive Sous Chefs bei der Kontrolle der Lebensmittelqualität, der Serviceausführung und der Mitarbeiterschulung im Frühstücksbereich
• Führung und Unterstützung der kulinarischen Kollegen während des Frühstücksservice
• Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Frühstücksküche und anderen Outlets zur maximalen Effizienz
• Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Bestände an Betriebsgeräten und Lebensmitteln im Frühstücksbereich
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Frühstücksaktionen und -menüentwicklungen
• Teilnahme an Besprechungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Service und F&B-Management
• Überwachung der täglichen Lebensmittelproduktion und Bestandsführung im Frühstücksbereich
• Unterstützung der Unternehmensphilosophie zur Gästebefriedigung und Umsetzung der höchsten Service-Standards
• Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Hygiene in der Frühstücksküche sowie den Back-of-House-Bereichen
• Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Arbeitskosten und des Budgets im Frühstücksbereich
• Gewährleistung der Qualität und Präsentation aller Frühstücksgerichte
• Motivation des Teams, um WOW-Momente für Gäste zu schaffen
• Sicherstellung der Lebensmittelsicherheit gemäß den internen und externen Vorgaben für den Frühstücksbereich
• Unterstützung bei der Kontrolle der Rezeptkosten und der Preisgestaltung für Frühstücksangebote
• Förderung der Teamentwicklung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Meetings mit dem Frühstücksteam

The Mandarin Oriental, Vienna is housed in a listed building and features 138 guest rooms and suites, arranged around a courtyard in the center of the property. It will include a restaurant, a bar, and an outdoor garden area. Additionally, the property will offer a Mandarin Oriental spa with several treatment rooms, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. For events and social occasions, there will also be various flexible banquet and meeting rooms available.

The 22 residences at the Mandarin Oriental will be located on the top two floors of the building and will have private access to the roof. Several of the apartments will offer outdoor terraces with stunning views over the city. These are among the most exclusive residences in the city, and owners will enjoy the legendary service of Mandarin Oriental along with direct access to hotel facilities.

As a Junior Breakfast Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Communicating company policies and procedures to the breakfast team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and the MOHG Code of Conduct
• Overseeing the daily operations in the breakfast kitchen and breakfast service stations
• Supporting the Executive Sous Chef in controlling food quality, service execution, and employee training in the breakfast area
• Leading and supporting culinary colleagues during breakfast service
• Promoting cooperation between the breakfast kitchen and other outlets for maximum efficiency
• Monitoring and updating stock levels of operational equipment and food in the breakfast area
• Participating in planning and executing breakfast promotions and menu developments
• Attending meetings and working closely with other departments such as service and F&B management
• Overseeing daily food production and stock control in the breakfast area
• Supporting the company’s philosophy on guest satisfaction and implementing the highest service standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Monitoring and controlling labor costs and the breakfast budget
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of all breakfast dishes
• Motivating the team to create WOW moments for guests
• Ensuring food safety in accordance with internal and external guidelines for the breakfast area
• Assisting in controlling recipe costs and pricing for breakfast offerings

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.268,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
