AGENT DE RESERVATION (H/F) - CDD

A partir du 1er avril pour une durée de quatre mois.

VOTRE MISSION

• Gérer les réservations par téléphone, fax ou internet et accomplir toutes les opérations associées
• Assurer la vente de nos chambres et suites en proposant une réponse adaptée aux besoins de notre clientèle
• Optimiser l’occupation des chambres
• Travailler en collaboration avec les autres services (conciergerie, F&B, revenue management)
• Offrir un service courtois, efficace et personnalisé afin de garantir l’excellence du service client

PROFILE

• Formation en hôtellerie
• Expérience similaire réussie en front office ou département des réservations dans un établissement de même catégorie
• Organisation, rigueur, concentration et discrétion
• Sens commercial
• Clarté dans la voix, courtoisie, dynamisme
• Intérêt pour le Yield Management
• A l'aise avec les outils informatiques
• Excellente expression écrite en anglais et en français
• Anglais courant, pratique d’une troisième langue appréciée

YOUR MISSIONS

• Manage reservations by telephone, fax or internet and carry out all related operations.
• Ensure the sale of our rooms and suites by proposing a response adapted to our customers' needs.
• Optimize room occupancy.
• Work in collaboration with other departments (concierge, F&B, revenue management)
• Provide a courteous, efficient, and personalized service to ensure excellent customer care.

PROFILE

• Hotel industry background
• Successful similar experience in a front office or reservations department in a hotel of the same category
• Organization, rigor, concentration, and discretion
• Commercial sense
• Clear voice, courtesy, dynamism
• Interest in Yield Management
• At ease with IT tools
• Excellent written expression in English and French
• Fluent in English, with a third language appreciated.
