As a Chef de Cuisine at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London you will be responsible for:
• To be responsible for the smooth running of MOLON Kitchen, including Breakfast, The Rosebery, In Room Dining, Mandarin Bar, as well as Banqueting and Events in the absence of the Banqueting Head Chef.
• To coordinate and guide all team members, ensuring they perform cohesively and consistently meet our operational standards.
• Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including safety, hygiene, food presentation, uniforms, and overall compliance.
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be working on 5 shifts per week. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required where applicable.
