We are looking for a Chef de Partie Fine Dining to join the team at the new opening of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London.

Be part of the exclusive team hosting Mayfair’s newest and most exciting dining destination. As a Chef de Partie Fine Dining at Mandarin Oriental you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known. By working through Chef Akira Back’s world famous dishes and operational strategy, you will be part of the management team leading the best-known outlet kitchen brigade.

Sharpen your skills and learn invaluable new ones as you transcend hospitality in seamless fashion and lively interactions.

As a Chef de Partie Fine Dining you will need to:

  • Understand the function of each electric equipment and know how to apply on each occasion.
  • Using right tools and applying correct method to each specific tasks.
  • Adhere the MOHG food safety policy and apply the company food safety program all time.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production list and market list in timely manner.
  • To be fully aware of all menu item, their recipes, method of production and presentation standards.
  • Prepares, and when required, delegates the production of the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely & efficient fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service.
  • Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
