Regarding the hotel's gastronomy, we have a 2 Michelin star restaurant, a wonderful cocktail bar, indoor garden Mimosa and the pool terrace where you can enjoy light dinners or spectacular views.

The hotel Spa consists of 8 treatment rooms, both facial and body, indoor pool and gym.


About the job

Based in our Kitchen department in Barcelona, the Night Cook plays a key role in maintaining the culinary standards of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring high-quality food preparation for various services.

This position reports directly to the Chef or Executive Sous Chef.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen team in producing high-quality dishes during the night.

  • Set up and maintain mise en place.

  • Prepare meat, fish, garnishes, sauces (hot and cold), and other items as required.

  • Cook for Room Service, banqueting, à la carte and daily menus.

  • Ensure excellent hygiene and food safety standards are met.

  • Receive and properly store deliveries when required.

  • Work as an integral member of the night kitchen team, supporting smooth operations.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a cook, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

  • Is organized, proactive and capable of working independently.

  • Has a strong sense of hygiene and food safety.

  • Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.

  • Has good planning skills and can adapt to different demands (banqueting, room service, etc.).

  • Speaks Spanish and/or English.

  • Is available to work night shifts (typically from 23:00 to 07:00 or similar).
