Le/La Contrôleur Marchandises est responsable d’assurer quotidiennement les opérations relatives à la réception, le contrôle et la distribution des marchandises entrant au sein de l’établissement.
Le/La Contrôleur Marchandises participe activement à la stabilité financière du département Achats en contrôlant les coûts.
 
Voici une série non exhaustive de tâches relatives à ces responsabilités :

  • Réceptionner toutes les marchandises entrant dans l’établissement

  • Contrôle Quantitatif des livraisons (pesée des produits frais comme la viande, le poisson, les fruits et légumes, …) en adéquation avec la commande

  • Contrôle Qualitatif des marchandises livrées (prise de température des produits frais comme la viande, le poisson, les surgelés, …)

  • Saisie informatique de toutes les réceptions de marchandise de la journée

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Expérience logistique ou gestion de stocks  indispensable

  • Expérience en retauration ou hôtellerie souhaitable

  • Excellente organisation, autonome

  • Sens inné de l’accueil, sourire naturel, sociable

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the daily operations related to receiving, inspecting, and distributing all goods delivered to the property.
They play an active role in supporting the financial stability of the Purchasing department by maintaining strong cost control.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities related to this position:

  • Receive all goods delivered to the property

  • Perform quantitative checks on deliveries (e.g., weighing fresh products such as meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables) to ensure they match the purchase order

  • Perform qualitative checks on delivered goods (e.g., taking temperatures of perishable items such as meat, fish, and frozen products)

  • Enter all daily goods receipts into the inventory management system

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in logistics or inventory management is essential

  • Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred

  • Highly organized and able to work independently

  • Naturally friendly, welcoming, and sociable personality
