Overview of Position
The Server is responsible for serving cocktails; taking guest orders; servicing guests; and supporting MOBar Team as needed. It is the expectation that the MOBar Server always maintains high levels of service on the floor, answering guest questions and fulfilling requests made by guests about the wine list, cocktails, and menu items that is served. Incumbent must have excellent guest service skills, as well as excellent communication skills. TIPs certification is desirable
The MOBar Server reports directly to the Food & Beverage Managers.

Our Hotel
With 326 guest rooms and 31 suites, Mandarin Oriental, Miami is in Brickell Key and is a prime location for both business and leisure guests. It is an urban resort with Miami’s only private beach.
