About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris the Deputy Chief Concierge supports reports directly to the Chief Concierge.
As Deputy Chief Concierge you will be responsible for the following duties:
You will foster and cultivate a climate of trust within the Concierge team, encouraging cooperation, knowledge sharing, and a pursuit of excellence.
You will coordinate, organize, and supervise the work of the teams, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. You will also take part in training initiatives to develop team members' skills and maintain a high level of excellence.
To ensure smooth service operations, you will work closely with other hotel departments—particularly Front Desk and Food & Beverage—and follow up on guest requests to ensure they are properly fulfilled.
As Deputy Chief Concierge we expect from you:
Fluency in English and French and a significant experience in the parisian luxury hospitality industry—ideally a minimum of 5 years
