Executive Housekeeper

We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper to join the Leadership team and lead our vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping team as we open the doors of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London.

As a key member of our Leadership team, we are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper who will lead the Housekeeping team to excellence, leading from the front as we deliver exceptional five-star service to both hotel guests and residents of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London.

As an Executive Housekeeper at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for a number of tasks, which include but are not limited to:

  • To ensure that Mandarin Oriental Legendary Quality Standards are fully implemented and maintained throughout the housekeeping department.
  • To ensure that Housekeeping services for The Residences at Mayfair are delivered at the highest standards.
  • To ensure that the facilities are well maintained and clean at all times.
  • To ensure that the Laundry delivers services to all colleagues, residents and visitors in accordance with our brand service standards.
  • To ensure that the Housekeeping environment complies within the company’s health and safety standards and FLHSS is fully up to date at all times.
  • To monitor service delivery by implementing SOP’s, LQE’s, LQA & all quality action plans to meet and exceed our guests expectations.
  • To monitor total training concept and employee development in order to promote an enthusiastic and encouraging working environment.
  • To investigate and follow through any negative resident or guest complaints.
  • To ensure daily that staffing levels meets the business need to promote effective payroll control and flexing in line with budget and forecast productivity.
  • To carry out training for all colleagues in Housekeeping department, ensuring SOP’s are followed and LQE’s are adhered to.
