MISSIONS
- Encadrer le travail des femmes / valets de chambre et équipiers d’étages afin de garantir la qualité des prestations en chambres et dans les espaces publics (propreté, maintenance, demandes clients, demandes d’autres services, etc.)
- Garantir la qualité du service client en termes d’efficacité et de constance
- Animer l’équipe dont vous avez la responsabilité et maintenir une bonne ambiance de travail
- Faire respecter les standards de qualité et les consignes d’hygiène et de sécurité
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste équivalent
- Excellent sens du service, courtoisie et attention portée aux détails
- Organisation, rigueur, discrétion et esprit d’initiative
- Esprit d’équipe et excellent relationnel
- Anglais courant
HOUSEKEEPER JUNIOR - CDI
MISSIONS
- Supervise the work of chambermaids/valets and floor staff to ensure quality service in rooms and public areas (cleanliness, maintenance, customer requests, requests from other departments, etc.).
- Guarantee the quality of customer service in terms of efficiency and consistency.
- Lead the team for which you are responsible and maintain a good working atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an equivalent position
- Excellent sense of service, courtesy and attention to detail
- Organization, rigor, discretion and initiative
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
