GROUPS & EVENTS EXECUTIVE

The main focus of your job will be:

• To achieve budgeted revenues in Groups Sales, Conference and Banqueting in line with the annual budget and marketing plan.
• To respond to and handle new groups and events enquiries in a timely and accurate manner and process all related business documents including proposals and presentations.
• To negotiate and process group and event contracts.
• To organize and coordinate all confirmed group and event bookings as per customer requests and following hotel bookings procedures.
• To ensure effective communication with other hotel departments to enable a smooth and successful operation of in-house group accommodation and functions.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, event management or related field;
• High level of English both spoken and written;
• Passion for hotel business and proactive approach;
• Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills;
• Friendly and professional attitude;
• Computer proficiency.
