Das legendäre Hotel Palace Luzern wurde erstmals im Jahr 1906 eröffnet und befindet sich in Luzern am Ufer des Vierwaldstättersees. Nach einer kompletten Renovierung eröffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine Türen für Kollegen und Gäste. Das Hotel verfügt über 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die Berge. Drei Restaurants, eine Bar mit wunderschöner Terrasse, der Meeting- und Eventbereich, der Spa sowie ein Fitnessraum runden das vielfältige Angebot für unsere Gäste ab.
Als Guest Experience Agent sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:
aussergewöhnliche Ankunfts- und Abreiseerlebnisse schaffen
Persönliche Kontakte zu allen unseren Gästen aufbauen und pflegen und ihnen während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts ständige Betreuung, Wohlbefinden und Herzlichkeit bieten
Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören sämtliche administrativen und operativen Aufgaben sowie umfassende Kenntnisse unserer Pillars und allen anderen Servicestandards
Sie erkennen Möglichkeiten für Up-Selling und Cross-Selling und ermuntern unsere Gäste, die Hoteleinrichtungen zu ihrem Vergnügen zu nutzen
Als Guest Experience Agent suchen wir nach:
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie und Erfahrung im Front Office Bereich der gehobene
Teamarbeit, Organisationstalent und gutes Zeitmanagement
Gute EDV- und PMS Kenntnisse
Kompetenzen in der schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation – die Gäste werden sich sowohl mit Beschwerden als auch positivem Feedback an Sie wenden, deshalb sind Sie immer offen und ansprechbar
Resilienz und Flexibilität – zu Ihrer Position gehören Wochenend- und Feiertagsschichten
Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen, aufgeschlossen, gepflegtes Auftreten sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join ouriconic Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne!
The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.
As Guest Experience Agent you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Creating outstanding arrival and departure experiences
Establishing and developing personal contact with all our guests and providing continuous care, comfort and warmth throughout their stay
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Other responsibilities include performing all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards
Anticipate up-selling and cross-selling opportunities encouraging our guests to use the hotel facilities for their enjoyment
As Guest Experience Agent we are looking for:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
Experience in the Front Office department in the upscale hospitality
Teamwork, organizational skills and good time management
Good computer skills, PMS knowledge
Written and verbal communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback, so you always will be approachable
Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
Very good knowledge of German and English. Other foreign languages are an advantage
